Low-Band 5G is great for coverage, but it typically won’t provide speeds as fast as mid-band or millimeter wave 5G. Typically, low-band 5G is used to describe 5G services using frequencies under 1 gigahertz.
In the U.S., T-Mobile has deployed low-band 5G throughout much of the nation. AT&T has used low-band 5G for the bulk of its 5G coverage.
