As of June 2020, I only know of two T-Mobile phones that support millimeter wave (mmWave) 5G.
T-Mobile offers several other 5G-capable phones, but these devices are not compatible with mmWave 5G. Note that the regular S20 5G (not the S20+ or S20 Ultra) offered by T-Mobile does not support mmWave 5G.
