Been using this device for about 4 years. We are able to use a computer and stream on tv like Prime, Hulu, Youtube and many more.

Its junk i wouldn't waste time or money on it. The charge last about 5 hours the service is crap

I have had this device for a few years and when it works, I can get an average of 50Mbs in my house on 2 floors. When I am on the road it works much better than in the house. I use over 500GB per month, so I am a high user. The device does lose connection and I have to do a restart to get it to work again. I wish Verizon had a better device than this like the Netgear Nighthawk that AT&T has. When I use my hotspot on my phone I usually get faster speeds.

Absolutely garbage. After a few years this thing bricked. In lieu of replacing it, Verizon made me buy a new one. All this after I’ve had 6 lines and been a customer for 10+ years. Thanks for the loyalty Verizon, you treat your loyal customers well. 😂

When it works it’s okay, but it’s mostly in a corrupted non working state half the time. It reboots randomly, drains battery and now it’s in a permanent screen showin the Verizon logo. it’s perpetually locked. 😂

I normally don’t leave reviews, but felt I needed to leave one for this Device, I am surprised. This devise has its ups and downs. I leave it on most of the time with the string dimmed. So I have no problems turning it on. The service I reach on it depends day-to-day as for I am a truck, driver and travel across the nation, so some days are good, and others are bad, but it honestly reaches Service just like my cell phone does. I have had issues with the charger, not wanting to charge at times so that is a worrisome point there. I have had this device for two years now, and can honestly say that I am shocked for how well this thing has performed. For those of you wandering, I play a lot of online video games on my gaming laptop and never have had a performance issue when I’m in a good spot. Everybody will always have a different experience from one another and I feel like I’ve had a pretty good one with this one. The reason for four stars is because nothings perfect.

Works fine when you can actually turn it on

If I can actually get it to turn on, it works fine for what I use it for. I've had it for several months now and turning it on has ALWAYS BEEN AN ISSUE. If they could work out that bug, it'd be great, but this device isn't a big concern for them, and that's obvious. Stay far away from this until they do.

Outstanding HotSpot if you're in coverage!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've been using this hotspot as a secondary back up internet for my ring alarm pro system. I have 15 cameras in addition to the ring alarm pro and another dozen sensors i.e. motion sensors, contact sensors, and smoke alarms etc. Every time I have lost my home internet I've used this HotSpot and haven't been disappointed. I'm able to access all of my cameras and monitor my home without any issues. I haven't used it for browsing the Internet or to watch a movie. I can't review those activities, I have it one single purpose and it works without issue or concern.

I believe that we have an inseego 5G unit branded with the "Verizon checkmark" so we purchased it from you. Is there any proprietary security on it for Verizon? Or does this type of equipment come and remain "unlocked" for use with other carriers?
